Newton Running Tips

I get a lot of emails from the many sites I've signed up to and mailing lists I've subscribed to over the years and sods law dictates when I get a useful one I can never find it when I need it.

It took me a while but I've found the one I was looking for - Newton Running athlete Rachel Joyce has some great tips in this short video including one about over thinking. I'm always doing that on a run, sometimes because I'm trying to remember everything I'm supposed to be doing and at other times to keep me thinking about something else other than stopping! There's also a nice quad/hip flexor stretch in there.
