Week 1 Training

So, week one's training is complete, I haven't done quite as much as I had hoped but it was also the first week back at work and a loss of c.2 hours a day sleep through getting up early.

12km steady run
Monday
Stretches, drills, strengthening
Tuesday
4 x 1000m rowing intervals
Wednesday
5km treadmill run
Thursday
3,500m, 2500m, 2000m rowing intervals
Friday
Rest
Saturday
Stretches, drills, strengthening

Total km's ran: 17
Total km's rowed: 14

All in all I'm pretty pleased, nowhere near the same level I was at rowing last year and the running felt ok, slight pain in the left calf but I'll see how that is tomorrow after a long run. Hopefully the rowing is what will improve my cardio.
