Week 2 Training

Week two hasn't been great, after a nice long run on Sunday I felt fine but when it came to the treadmill run I could feel a few twinges, I had intended to cover a little more distance with some speed work in it but ended up having to stop. I've iced and stretched but have very sore spots around the fibula - not sure whether this is muscle or bone. It does seem to come and go and can be induced by either going up on my toes or turning the inside of my foot in so that the peroneal muscles are activated.

All very frustrating. Physio Monday, hospital Thursday - hopefully they'll organise a scan and establish exactly what's going on.
