Week 3 Training

No running this week as I try to recover from whatever the issue is, by the end of the week it was feeling almost ready to run on again.

Physio wasn't sure whether it was bone or muscle but we did have a conversation about my over pronation and whether that was the cause or not. I'm not so sure but what do I know! The hospital however did suspect a stress reaction so an MRI has been ordered and the offer of some sessions on an alter-g treadmill.

So, plenty of rowing during the week to continue with some sort of fitness....
