Week 8 Training

Sundays long run was a steady 20km with not much trouble at all really, couple of hot spots on the arches from the orthotics so may need to tape up to prevent blisters next week.

I had a good few sessions on the Concept2 including another fairly quick 5km for me.

Results of the MRI were received on Friday and the good news was it was all clear although the doc did say he'd asked for a nuclear bone scan and not an MRI! Anyway, we had a good chat about training and fuelling for the marathon after we'd done on the tests.

Pretty positive week aside from the tiredness :-)
