Marathon Expo

Went along to the marathon expo today to pick up my number, glad I chose the first day as it was pretty empty and much quicker than I remember from previous years.

Looks like I'm starting near the back of the red start in zone 6 which may prove tricky for getting into a steady pace early on.

Had a good look round some of the stands and realised I've got quite a few of the gadgets and stuff on sale - not sure that's a good thing!

The Newton Running stand had the new Motion IV's and was good to see them. Talking to the guys on the stand just the upper has changed with the sole and structure remaining as per the 3's. Good, seeing as I recently bought a new pair of 3's!
